How to Redeem Strongman Simulator Codes
- Launch Strongman Simulator and load in.

Strongman Simulator by The Gang is a lift-and-grow game where you build Energy, work out to gain strength, and rebirth into tougher gyms and worlds. Codes give short-lived multipliers, 2x Energy, 2x or 50x Workout Speed, usually lasting five to twenty minutes, plus the odd cosmetic like a Rubber Duck pet. Because the boosts are timed, they are worth stacking right before an active training session rather than sitting idle. How long do the boosts last?
Short. Most run between five and twenty minutes, whether it is 2x Energy or a Workout Speed multiplier. Stack a few together right before a training session to make the most of them.
