Why isn't my Shindo Life code working?
These codes expire within days, so an expired code is the usual reason. They're case-sensitive and almost all end in an exclamation mark, so copy them exactly, punctuation included.

Why did I lose some spins after redeeming?
Spin storage caps at 500 unless you expand it. If you redeem multiple codes while near the cap, anything over 500 is lost, so spin down first.
